2. What kind of personal data do we collect and save?

You can visit our Website without registering and providing any personal data. To use Tweek, we use social plug-ins of the network Facebook. The plug-ins are marked with a Facebook logo. Please consider the Facebook privacy policy for the reason and the extent of the collection of data and the further handling and use by Facebook as well as for your respective rights.

If you login to Tweek with Facebook Connect, it gives you the option to post information about your Tweek activities to your Facebook timeline and to import personal data from Facebook to Tweek. In order to connect your Facebook account with Tweek, we will forward you to Facebook for authentication. In the login process, Facebook Connect will display all information that will be shared between Facebook and Tweek. You can decide which information you share between the services. If you decide to register through Facebook, you can log out of Facebook at any time using the Logout button within Tweek. When other users connect with Tweek, user will only be able to see the information from facebook that they can already see on Facebook itself.

3. Does Tweek disclose or share your data?

As far as Tweek works together with contractors and service providers, your personal data will be accessible to such third parties only if and in so far as this is necessary for technical administration and maintenance of the Services. Tweek may disclose your personal data to third parties if you explicitly consent to it and if Tweek is required to do so by applicable law.

Please note that the information you publish on your public page, including your personal data, becomes public information that can be viewed by others and that the data shown on the Website including personal data you provide in your public profile can be accessed through Tweek and thus worldwide. You are not required to post personal data or any other information or content on this page, but may post it in your own sole discretion.

(c) Emails, Newsletters and Notifications

We use the personal data you provide to us when you send us emails to respond to your request, for example to reply to your email. We also use your personal data when you log- in to use our Services in order to send you notifications relating to your account and if you do not object to the use of your email address for that purpose, to send you our newsletter.
